Hi Katie, I write from Spain. I think this delicious chocolate egg I wish I could taste it. The truth is that I have a memory of the Passover, to exception of excelecia week in Spain where we have depicted figures of Christianity. Anyway I gratified to participate in your drawing. A kiss is so well with your blog, which I love.

hey! would love to be entered! my favourite childhood memory about easter would be when me and my cousins would travel down to my gran and grandad's caravan at the seaside for easter. them, and my aunties would hide lots of chocolate eggs, mini eggs and mini creme eggs around the caravan and the garden, and we had a massive easter egg hunt (some of them were really difficult to find!) to discover them all! easter is always a big thing for the gran on my other side too, she boils eggs and dyes them with food colouring and we paint designs on them… then all the grandkids (even the old ones like me) go to a local park that has a big hill and throw them down, bashing them all up!i love easter !adele

My mum always used to sew me a new outfit for Easter Sunday. She often had to make me try it on blindfolded to pin it to make sure it fit properly before finishing it off, so my favourite memories are finding out what she had made on the morning, I never knew beforehand! That, and my brother and I counting our Easter eggs!

Hello! My favourite easter memory is spending hours one easter as a little girl painting eggs only to leave them on my bedroom floor and then later stand on them (I was a very messy little girl). At the time I cried for ages but looking back it always makes me smile. love your blog. It always makes me peckish! kayleigh x

Oh. My. God. I MUST have this egg. I must, must , must!!I have followed you. I have tweeted. @domesticgoddesqAnd my favourite Easter memory: last year was our very first family Easter Egg Hunt. It was the beginning of what I hope will be a family tradition. DH and I wore Rabbit Ears and helped our little girl search for eggs. This year I hope our rapidly growing little girl will help teach her baby sister how to search.

One of my favourite Easter memories was winning a "decorate the egg" competition. I had to decorate a hard-boiled egg and I turned mine into humpty dumpty, I made it a little hat and clothes and sat it on a tiny paper mache brick wall :)Xx Abbie xX

i am a follower of your blog and i love it!my favorite easter memory isn't actually chocolatey… (although most of my favorite memories do involve vast quantities of chocolate) it was one easter when i was 8 years old and we were celebrating with my cousin, evie, who was 9 years old and had recently been diagnosed as diabetes. as an 8 year old sugar freak, the idea of an easter egg hunt with no chocolate seemed horrible, but it was really fun! we got beanie babies and jewelry and all sorts of fun things

My best friend and I invented 'Easter Surprise'. Each Easter we would ask for a chocolate buttons egg. We would take one half of the shell and use it like a bowl. The other half of the shell would be broken up and put into the chocolate bowl, with the buttons. Then… we would fill it up with Coca Cola and eat it with a spoon! We loved it – I'm not sure I'd be so keen nowadays!I'm following the blog too. Many thanks!

My favourite Easter memory involves my son, and I hope he is reading this. He was only four and didn't want to be left out of the Easter parade (chocolate eggs for all participants). The only proviso was that all entrants had to wear an Easter bonnet – he looked so sweet with his curly hair and bonnet decorated with flowers čÖé

I think my favorite memory has to be looking for easter eggs. My dad is the best hider of eggs and it would sometimes take up to an hour to find them all (And we only hid a dozen or so). Then after we found them, we would peel them to make deviled eggs.

I think my favorite chocolate-y memory is from when I was little, every Easter I got a Cadbury egg in my Easter basket and it was my absolute favorite thing! It created many happy moments for my young self, and spawned a life=long chocolate obsession.

My favorite chocolaty Easter memories are of trying to find all the eggs in the Easter egg hunts at the local scout group. The same egg hunt ran every year and I loved them. However I do remember always giving up after finding my first egg – and eating it under one of the buffet tables.
